All fired up! |

It's been a big week with another 4 deals out the door. We started over in Glenalta with our biggest sale resulting in the 700K region. The property with a swimming pool and court found its new buyers in the form of Stuart and Mel and their 3 kids who are moving back to the area. As the week progressed we found buyers for our properties on Coro Parade and our cracker of a unit at Kingswood. I also have a new neighbour with the sale of our block of land on Sheoak Road at Belair. The great news is there has been a bit of action. I put that down to the move by the Reserve Bank. Buyers tend to sit back and play the waiting game and things go terribly quiet at such times. In some respects I would prefer one rise for the year. I know this might not be preferable but at least people could take a big gulp, get used to the idea and then plan their futures. At present we are stuck in the rut, which leaves indecision in the market place. In the last couple of months we have been inundated with homes that have failed to sell. The good news is that we have been able to resucitate them with one of our legenday FREE makeovers and get them over the line. Anything that is failing to sell presently is either poorly presented or incorrectly priced. In order to get sold, you need to have a sensible and achievable strategy in place. This should also involve aggressive pricing. This week is looking to be another biggy with offer forms in play on a number of our properties. We have a swag of 'new releases' about to hit the market! If you are about to sell, you better ring my bell and at least have a chat. We will give you credible and informed advice and show you "how to get there" and that really is the difference!
